Space Availability - Boardroom (DVC-Academic and Student Affairs)

This boardroom, housed at the Chandaria School of Business, is fully equiped for videoconferencing. 

1. Any meeting by the DVC, shall override any prior bookings, for this particular boardroom
2. Rooms are for use by USIU-Africa Staff
3. Boardrooms may be reserved between 9am to 5pm, unless special arrangements are done to extend beyond this time
4. Rooms may be booked for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 3 hours per group per day, up to 14 days in advance
5. Please ask for assistance before setting up personal equipment to available devices
6. By completing the room reservation form , you agree to follow the procedures for USIU-Africa resources
